Karnal Bunt; Criteria for Releasing Fields From Regulation

The Sanitary and Phytosanitary Issues Working Group of U. S. Wheat Associates supports the proposed change that would allow fields regulated under the current Karnal bunt rules to be released from regulation following five cumulative years of specified management parctices rather than the five consecutive years that the current rules require. The SPS Working Group appreciates the opportunity to comment on this issue.
