If our rule makers at USDA are truly interested in what would be best for
livestock industry of the USA ,then this should not even be an issue! Our herds
are healthy, let?s not sacrifice them by making it easier for importers by
implementing this regionalization rule. Argentina does not have the ability to
monitor the movement of livestock from one region to another therefore the risk of
diseased livestock entering the USA is greatly increased.
