public comment on federal register of today aphis - 7 cfr part 30l docket 2005 0103 rin 0579 ab 98 alleged plant protection ability for states it is clear usda is doing such a horrible job of protecting these united states that the states themselves need the right to help this limping, ineffective, negligent federal agency along. usda is responsible for the beetles that are infecting the u.s. right now necessitating extreme tree cutting and burning. what a horror that is. in addition, they have let in endless numbers of exotic invasive plants that are costing american taxpayers millions to try to eradicate. the extreme corrupt washington bureaucracy must get all the money because the protection given to us. citizens is zero. it is time that the budget of this agency is looked at to see that they do some protecting of american citizens , rather than sitting in their offices pontificating and talking to lobbyists. i am very dissatisfied with this agency. they get alot of tax dollars. they are producing very very little for the 280 million americans in protection.
