I think that this proposed ruled, if it is approved, will benefit all the countries in Central America, because it will mean a great opportunity to develop new jobs and with that get a better social and economic status. The proposed ruled also establish the protocole which have to be acomplish to avoid the entrace of quarantine pest into the US, that means a low risk of pest movement. At the end, opportunities like this one avoid the immigration of the people from this region, because they will have a place to work. It also will benefit the US consumers, because they will have access to tomatoes of great quality at low prices. I really support this proposed ruled, because it will be a wonderful opportunity for all countries in Central America.
