This is just another step of duplicating what is already done. When we leave our place of home to travel with an exhibit, we already have to file export, from the state we are leaving, import for the state we are entering, vet health certificates, and we already file an itenerary for the USDA, every inspector is allowed to veiw all the documents already filed upon inspection so why make us file it again with the USDA, to me this just allows for more clerical errors by having to duplicate things so many times, and there are many times during a tour we send animals home and they bring out new ones so the animals dont have to tour so long, this would be a complete waste of time and a headache when we already carry our inventory etc for inspectors to view. The big problem I have it seems like every time I send in my schedule, is that the Animal rights folks seem to know everywhere I am going to be, I would question if you have a leak or a plant in your own office feeding this information out. In the US, we do have some rights and I do belive we are regulated enough now. This would be just a waste of time for you and us. I would like to see you spend more time and money on having a National Confrence with all of us and all of your inspectors so we can all play by the same rule book, right now it doesnt matter what the rules are they dont apply from inspector to inspector so lets fix that before making more rules.....Thank you
