Your PRA documents was written to "Phytosanitary certificates(PC) can also be required for personal shipments such as in passenger baggage. In fact, this practice is common throughout Europe and in many other countries" I wonder which countries are applying ? For reference, EU and Korea is not applying PC on passenger baggage(Fruits and Vegetables) Please let me know through my e-mail, as soon as possible.
