To Whom It May Concern: I applaud your efforts to keep SVC from being imported into the United States. I have a small koi and pond supply business that I run from my farm in eastern Tennessee. Japanese import koi are a major part of my business. I am scheduled to visit northern Japan to purchase more koi on October 15th and they would normally be shipped to Atlanta, GA around the end of November. It is very important that I know exactly what is required by the koi breeders in Japan to be authorized to ship. I do know they have had similar restrictions for shipments to the UK for many years. I'm hoping they will meet the US requirements. Sincerely, Marshall Winstead Owner Koi Village
