hvictimis herd certification is totally bogus. deer, moose, elk can be replaced with no one the wiser. simply move the tag. the focus on economic halth of animals with people and other animals secondary is disgusting and depraved. this rule tries to fool the pbulic cant tell one deer from another. if the vsuch et lies you will simply "suspend" him. you cant allow a vet to certify his own herd - that is bogus too. oppose allowign state wildlife employees to certify anything. those gun wackkos make deals to trade deals with each other. this program is a complete total fraud. an annual physical inventory is necessary to be sure of animal health - not just looking at paper record. the proportion of animals with cwd in captive farms is much higher than wildlife. captive farms encourage disease. harm to people of the usa is allowed with this program. testing needs to include all cervids from birth, not such advanced ages. to tell the public you will "revisit" this is a lie. you will not. the cost to producers is not relevant in setting up a health system. these 'producers are such animal abusers in teh first place. no tags should ever be removed for any purpose. i do not believe aphis, nor anoimal owners, nor vets, nor state employees can be trusted in this program. we already get lies. traceback is not adequate in this proposal. dna needs to be taken and provided iin all cases. hunting has ceased to be an economic base. america does not hunt anymore. this statement is from l860 not 2012. reality seems absent here. shut down wildife murderers hutnting.
