S&W Seed Company P.O. Box 235 Five Points, Ca 93624 We own the above seed company and export alfalfa seed into the world market. We compete with Australia and China for these markets. It becomes near impossible when our labor and freight costs just continue to escalate at uncontrolable levels. We do not need to have the government increase the costs of phytosanitary certificates along with everything else, if everyone keeps adding on to our costs, we will soon be out of the alfalfa seed export business. Do your job, help keep our costs down. If we could get the cost of our freight down, we might be able to keep going for a few more seasons. Sincerely yours, Harry Hansen Managing Partner
