The widespread dissemination of genetically engineered rice and other GE products raises serious concerns about their long term sustainability due to weather or insect adversities. There are also no long term studies on GE products' impact on health. The entire globe is gravely affected by the outcome of these two issues, since crop cross contamination of is inevitable. Please do not deregulate this or any other GE crop now or for the next ten years until more can be learned. Sincerely, Ilse Funk
