I want to enourage the deregulation of LLRICE 601. My family has a history of rice farming and could greatly benefit from biotechnology, as could the whole world. This LL technology is good for growers and citizens as it allows the use of less herbicides which is good for the enviornment and farm economics. The gene used in this event is the same gene that has already been declared safe by USDA & FDA in two other varieties. I realize that many will offer unfavorable comments about this event but often these are the same folks that are against all biotechnology and obviously take that position despite good science that proves LLRICE save for humans, animals and the enviornment. PLEASE DEREGULATE LLRICE601.
