To whom it may concern, Thank-you for allowing me to comment on the proposed interm ruling on PCN. I agree with this ruling and feel it will definately eradicate the problem. The only area I ask for some consideration is requiring the surveying done at the 25% and 100% level. In the property we farm outside of the past regulated area we were asked to have it surveyed and we agreed but they were only surveying at the 10% level. Now the proposed ruling requires 25% and 100% and a crop or 10 month in between. Our ground out of the are we were not even farming most of it when we were in contact for one year with the hottest field. I am requesting that the 100% surveying be done now and either except the 10% or come back in a 10 months for the 25% but moving our ground that was out of the are from high risk to low risk so we don't have to go throught the sanitation process after each field. If nothing is found at the 100% level and we already have a clean reading on the 10% level we should be good to go. I honestly beleive we will never get our crops planted and harvested in a timely manner to beat the fall weather. Again thank- you for how you have handled the matter and I hope this request may be accomodated. Thank-you Bryan Searle
