the fees should be increased by one thousand per cent. it is clear that general taxpayers have been paying for this import/export of live and dead animals. it is not in the interests of general taxpayers to pay for this anymore. let the users pay for this service in full. these fees should be put in place for one year and raised the follwing year. the average taxpayer in this country is hit with huge price increases for food and gas. it is time that our fees to these profiteers reflect the increased costs that they are costing the us. taxpayers. these profiteer are running their businesses on the backs of general working people. this needs to stop.
