Removing the acclimation certificate is a great idea. As a veterinarian, it seems
to me its only purpose is to "pass the buck". Clients are usually unhappy to find I
won't sign that their 10 pound indoor poodle is acclimated to temperatures below
40 degrees. This proposal would make traveling with pets more straight-forward.
