I would like to comment on this issue. We are alreay regulated more in our business than any other due to the Animal Rights people. With the way the economy is now we don't need any more regulations telling us how to raise healthy animals. We are raising healthy well socialized animals and take pride in what we do. Has the USDA spent any time studying the cost and benefits of this to my industry? Just because one group of people would like to regulate us out of business it seems we should be protected to go about our business. Where will all of this stop? What is the next regulation they will come up with? Also, will we have the RIGHT TO PRIVACY that everyone else has or will this be open to public domain. Where does right to privacy draw the line on who has it and who doesn't?
