To Whom It May Concern: I definatly disagree with this idea. How can we be so sure that the garbage coming from the state of Hawaii does not have any type of deadly dieases or tiny animals that might affect the United States nation. We must protect ourselves to any type of danger we have, especially when it comes to our health and diseases that might affect everyone. This idea might have an outcome of something similar to the Bubonic Plague. Sincerly, Angelica Hernandez
