The large field test release of transgenic tobacco modified with a mouse-rabbit hybrid antibody intended for passive immunization against dental caries entails environmental risks that outweigh the benefits. It appears that no provisions have been made to protect wildlife and or water runnoff in the area where this test is proposed. there are so many pitfalls regarding GM plants that are NOT being taken into consideration that it is scarry; as a citizen of planet earth I cannot support this or any similar science. What's wrong with brushing our teeth?
