An accredited veterinarian is a veterinarian, usually in private practice, who has
gone through the necessary training to sign health certificates and help with
certain government programs. Accreditation basically means that their reputation
and livelihood are on the line when they sign their name. An accredited
veterinarian is not necessarily the same thing as a government-employed
veterinarian. There are many accredited veterinarians available.
Just a minor note to add to a well-written letter.
