They have time to make new rules for how long they want to hold paperwork?? How about working on some "humane regulations" like limiting the number of livestock one company can have in one place, living conditions (like the veal calfs, and any other kind of animal Humankind can exploit) How about spending time that will make a DIFFERENCE in the lives of the animals that you are suppose to be protecting. Better yet, hand over Animal Welfare to the organizations that really care about the welfare of the animals, and not lining some politician or lobbist's pocket.
