Revision of the Hawaiian and Territorial Fruits and Vegetables Regulations

I would suggest, during regulation revisions, that a HACCP Program be implemented so that industry critical control points are identified to prevent risks to health and the enviroment. HACCP would also involve the implementation of record keeping.
