Consolidation of the Fruit Fly Regulations

The Fruit Fly regulations, in my opinion, are very beneficial. In regards to the ?Regulatory Flexibility Act?, I am glad that there is order in controlling the exotic fruit flies so the result does not end up as over-population of the species. Furthermore, I am pleased there was such distinction and detail about the quarantine areas in this regulation.
