I think that this proposal is of great interest for the south-west of the U.S. and the north-west of mexico. Because it would reduce the cost's of alot of rancher's and farmer's on both sides of the border. Like in transportation, because the port of entry would be alot closer than Santa Teresa, Chihuahua. Whith the opening of the San Luis, AZ. port. Alot of small businesses and organisation's will prosper on both side's of the border. such as: custom broker's on the U.S. and Mexico, Transportation on cattle for rancher's and farmer's, vetenerian's, etc. On my behalf, I've been working in the San Luis,Az./San Luis,Mexico. cattle crossing for all most 12 year's. and I remember when we used to cross cattle from other state's of Mexico in to the U.S. and we didn't have any problems then and I don't see what the problem will be if, we start doing it again. because the mexican pens' are the same as they were before. but with better treatment's over-all. Thank you.
