public comment on federal register of 7/23/07 vol 72 #140 pg 40062 usda aphis 9 cfr part 78 aphis docket 2007 0097 brucellosis attention debbie donch the fake junk science emanating from aphis/usda is only geared to protecting agribusiness and the poor wildlife trying to exist is treated as pests and killed by aphis, a very very anti wildlife agency. this agency kills wildlife 99% of the time based on junk science. i do not trust this agency anymore since i have followed its results. if cattle have a risk of brucellosis, the cattle ranchers should be testing them and paying in full for any tests. if the cattle have a risk of brucellosis, they should be restricted as to where they can be grown. it is the cattle who are the invaders out west. bison have ALWAYS BEEN THERE BEFORE PROFITEERS CAME IN WITH THEIR LUDICROUS, DISGUSTING KILLING OF WILDLLIFE. i am very very upset about the situation with buffalo being killed when they dont get sick from brucellosis. if the cattle get sick, get the cattle away. the cattle rancher profiteers in fact are decimating far too much of america. their cattle emit gases which are a main factor in global warming. they pay nothing to use taxpayer lands - they pay a pittance and leave the land destroyed. idaho and our federal government needs to regulate these cattle ranchers far more stringently. i am sick and tired of them freeloading on american taxpayer lands and then causing the killing of the wildlife and birds that should be living there. b. sachau 15 elm st florham park nj 07932
