Importation of Ash Plants

I believe that the introduction of ash plants through trade from countries other than Canada is not likely, it is wise to amend Q-37 to include this prohibition for EAB. In the introductory information, not all EAB quarantined states as of this date are listed. I did not see Missouri or Wisconsin. I suggest you update this information.
