Importation of Wooden Handicrafts from China

My comments are more on clarification. Our products are wooden picture frames and I am unclear as to whether or not this would apply as a raw wood product. Further, on your requirements for heat treatment you mention if the product is less than 6" dia. No one ever heat treats a final product, it is always done on the lumber level. So are you saying if the boards you are using from a lumber company are less than 6" in diameter heat treatment is not required, methylbromide is acceptable?
