attention diane sutton and kevin shea omb 0579-0101 docket 2007-0131 scrapie in sheep and goats public comment on federal register of 11/21/07 vol 72 #224 pg 65558 the scandal plagued us dept of agriculture aphis division wants to continue its forms, etc on scrapie in sheep and goats. there should be absolutely no interstate movement allowed of sheep or goats at any time. there is danger from this disease which causes people to lose their minds. i also think a fund shuold be established between sheep profiteers who insure each other for sheep losses with scrapie. it is time that the general taxpayers stop insuring those in this abusive business, where the sheep and goats are abused.there should be no indemnity from general taxpayers for these profiteers in business. let the businessmen insure themselves for any losses. b. sachau 15 elm st florham park nj 07932
