aphis is the home of bse becaue our alleged "experts" propagandized feeding grazing animals prts of other animals, making theminto carnivores. usda is the culprit in visiting this upon america. it is not ok to feed animal parts to grazers. i object to the import of boneless skeltal muscle from bovines regardless of bse risk stats of export rejection. there is no true inspection at anypoint to show that srm is removed parts of the cow are not used for sold products in the usa (pink slime?) the milk fed to calves contains pus in it i see no results of testing the pus in the milk fed to calves to see bse residue. the puse can contain bse. i believe the bse is making it into the usa. profiteers dont truly inspect. they dont want to lose a penny of profit. americans do not want to accept 'experimental" studies of safe bonds used in gelatin. no bones should be sold in the usa. restrictions in setion 98.l15(A) must be retained. this seems like an attempt to whitewash. a huntin license is no proof of a bovine or caprine being wild. that is bs. the bones are not safe. even after washing in hot water, they are unsafe. this dept has violated every rule of civil justice with regard to the faillace family. both mexico and us should be classified as less than controlled risk. i believe this rule is unsafe. i am totally disgusged with regs set up for collecting blood from cattle. no bovine serum albumin should be used in any vaccines. both tests are preposterously invalid. testing on mice proves nothing in relation to effects on species.
