To Whom It May Concern: Re: Comments for Docket No. APHIS-2008-0060 “Hass Avocados from Mexico” The FDACS’ DPI has reviewed the above subject proposal and raises the following issues of concern: Allowing bulk bin shipments and the combination of multiple packers into one shipment may make it difficult to maintain identity and determine origin if a pest or disease problem is detected at the US border or at final destination. There was very little information in the proposal that addressed the marking of boxes, etcetera for trace back purposes, etcetera. Therefore, the FDACS is not in favor of this amendment to the import regulation. Sincerely, Richard Gaskalla
