I urge you to withdraw the proposed rule and to release the EIS for public comment and review.. Also to suspend all further GE crops until the above requirements are satisfactorily complete. The US has developed a dangerous pattern of letting companies monitor and do testing themselves without government oversight. This policy must change. The public has lost faith in the US government in so many areas- this is one that will help restore confidence and also do good throughout the world.
