Our eonomy is crashing under the weight of a massive deficit to which we have added at least another $700 billion. Why push another government program (that we cannot possibly afford) down the throats of the American people who don't even want any part of it? It seems clear that the point of NAIS must be destruction---of the family farm, local food, freedom of food choice, and the whole economy. Our food supply will be much less safe if the USDA gets it's way.
