american taxpayers do not want to pay for a "goat survey". this industry is very small. there is no need for american taxpayers to be paying for this too. it is clear usda has their fingers in far too many pockets. we need to downsize this corrupt agency which only listens to fat cat lobbyists in skanky washington dc.
