THE CONSUMING PUBLIC OF THE USA CANNOT CONTINUE TO ALLOW THE PROFITEERS IN THE CHICKEN INDUSTRY TO MAKE THE RULES ON RAISING CHICKENS. THE MENDACIOUS, VICIOUS, VENAL REGULATIONS BY THESE PROFIT FOCUSED GROUPS HURTS AND KILLS AMERICAN CITIZENS. THIS INDUSTRY NEEDS TO BE REINED IN. THIS INDUSTRY ABUSES CHICKENS, DROWNS THEM IN ANTIBIOTICS, GROWS THEM IN 1/10TH THEIR NATURAL LIFE SPAN, CHOPS OFF THEIR BEAKS, MAKES THEM LIVE IN AMMONIA, LETS EMPLOYEES BEAT THEM. THE USA PUBLIC SAYS ENOUGH WITH LETTING THE PROFITEERS MAKE THE RULES. THE PUBLIC WANTS TO MAKE ALL RULES ON GROWING CHICKENS. WE WANT THEM OUT OF CAFOS. THE EXECS AT THE VIOLATING INDUSTRIES SHOULD GO TO JAIL FOR TEN YEARS. IT IS ALSO OFFENSIVE AND DISTURBING THAT THE CHICKEN INDUSTRY DECIDES THAT THE TAXPAYERS HAVE TO PAY THEM WHEN THEY HAVE A SITE THAT IS SO SHITTYAND FILTHY THAT THE TAXPAYERS HAVE TO PAY THEM FOR THEIR HORRIFIC SITES. THE VERMIN COME FROM THE INDUSTRY ITSELF. THESE POOR ANIMALS ARE KEPT DIRTY , UNSAFE AND UNHEALTHY. I CERTAINLY DO NOT AGREE WITH THE STATEMENT PROPOSED HERE THAT "A PRIMARY MEAT TYPE CHICKEN BREEDING FLOCK CAN THUS BE CONSIDERED TO BE FREE OF SALMONELLA, BASED ON REGULAR TESTING, EVEN IF THERE IS ENVIRONMENTAL SALMONELLA CONTAMINATION IN THE HATCHERY". I ALSO OBJECT TO NEW PARAGRAPH (F) (1) (VIII). I OBJECT TO THIS PROPOSAL BECAUSE IT BELIEVE INDUSTRY VOTES FOR ITSELF TO SCAM THE PUBLIC. AND THE PUBLIC IS SICK OF THAT DIRTY KIND OF PROFITEERING.
