the carrier of brucellosis is cattle. the ranchers can give a vacccine to their cattle for about 60 cents to protect brucellosis. the profiteering ranchers are too cheap to spend that money so instead they want the buffalo nearby killed, when there has never been a documented case of buffalo having brucellosis. this kind of runaway killing by ranchers makes me know that they are venal and vicious. they get very cheap rates for using nationally owned by taxpayer land, in the neighborhood of $5.00 an acre per year, which they then leave terribly devastated from their cattle, which eat all kinds of native plants which will never return after being trampled by their cattle. it is time to make the ranchers pay for their brucellosis shots for their cattle. it is clear that the horrible environmental effects that are being casued by the ranchers cattle need to be reined in and stopped and banned totally. we cannot afford to allow this horror to continue. make the ranchers get the vaccine for their cattle.
