prohibit bringing in any dogs for research work. no dogs should be admitted to be abused in research laboratories. that needs to stop since there is no need in america for that to happeh. the american public wants dogs brought in for resale prohibited. there is no reaon to bring in any dog for reseale, when millions of dogs are killed in shelters every year because they have no home. america does not want to kill a million and a half dogs every year because aphis is so cold, calculating and cruel that all that matters to it is dollars and cents. stop bringing dogs into america. there is no need for them to be imported here. extend the time to comment on this for 60 more days. it is clear that aphis is attempting to pull another fast one on the american public, as they usuallyi do, trying to do a fast and insane rule when nobody is looking in thelast of summer. the american people do not want to encourage commercial breeding operations either in america or overseas. all they want is money and there is no need to make money in these abusive pet mills. i hereby ask aphis under foia to make sure that all dog breeders who request such permits to bring in more dogs for breeding be listed on a national web site easily accessible to the public so we can see where the next puppy mills are. it is clear we have a problem in america with heartless abusive puppy mills where people want to make money off the dead bodies of sick dogs. we need to stop this greed filled occupation. it is corruptive and corrosive and needs to be totally banned. aphis negligently goes along with any old way to make a buck, cruel and abusive as it can be. this is unacceptable to the american public that s why aphis is trying to sneak through this in late summer.
