Animal Welfare: Importation of Live Dogs

i would like you to reconsider the dog importing laws. There needs to be an exception for a person (not a seller) who wishes to import one or maybe 2 puppies between 8-10 weeks. These pups are for personal use not resale and should not be subjected to your new laws. Please do not make it hard to import a puppy with new blood lines into our country. Yes, a seller should have stringent rules as i hate puppy type mills. BUT don't punish those of use who just wish to import a puppy for our use.
