An absolute NO on this just like NAIS. NO MORE GOVERNMENT interference on our farms. Especially the small farmer. It's another cost burden on the small farm that we don't need and can't afford. Impose that on those big CARGILL or MONSANTO operated farms but keep government out of our lives.
