This legislation is a ridiculous sham. How anyone can look at it and think it will help reduce livestock disease or protect the public I have no idea. This is obviously only a private profiteering scheme. I would never willingly participate in such a program when the real answer to livestock health improvement is to over haul big farm operations to prevent over crowding and over medication of our country's food supply.
