Traceability for Livestock Moving Interstate

The ability to keep track of diseased animals is crucial to the continued health of the planet. The program needs to be expanded somewhat to include wildlife such as deer and elk to provide greater chance of controlling outbreaks of disease in wild populations and farm grown species.
