The Respondent hereby directs the USDA and APHIS to: Align and harmonize the AHMS with the Bill of Rights, Constitution, Founding Documents Provide to the Respondent and public all definitions requested Provide to the Respondent all clarification for all points requested Provide to the Respondent and public the results of all conducted and requested risk assessments Provide to the Respondent and public all rationale and scientific evidence to prove each insert and clause in the AHMS Provide to the Respondent and public the comprehensive AHMS Security Plan Provide to the Respondent and public all information requested or demanded The Respondent demands that the USDA and APHIS and decentralize as dictated by our Founding Documents and the Respondent forbids identified agencies to put public health in centralized & federal hands The Respondent demands an opt-out and alternative method for people who in the spirit of personal responsibility or freedom of expression of religion want to protect all of their own personal identifiable identifiers (PIA, PII) against identity compromise, robbery, theft, and exploitation of their personal identifiable identifiers (PIA, PII).
