Importation of Tomatoes with Stems from Republic of Korea into United States

As an average consumer of many vegetable products, allowing tomatoes with stems from the Republic of Korea has no effect to me. The discussed rule includes many provisions to ensure that harmful insects or diseases do not make it into the United States, meaning there is little or no negative effect caused by this rule. This rule will not directly affect the average consumer meaning there is not reason this rule should not be put into effect.
