This is crazy. Why do we need to import our tomatoes from Korea, what is wrong with American? If we reduced some of the silly and expensive regulations on the American farmer, there would be more money that could be used to grow more vegetables in our own country. Yet instead, we will believe a phytosanitary certificate issued by the national plant protection organization of the Republic of Korea (which very well could be fudged to allow Korea to export more products). Then when we have an influx of some injurious creature in America, which we won't be able to even fight because Methyl Bromide has been phased out. American farmers will then all be out of business and we will instead rely 100% on other countries to send us our food who will jack up the prices and possibly harm us. Sounds like a wonderful idea.
