Being a citizen of the United States I have a comment on this proposed rule. How about NOT importing french and runner beans from Kenya. Instead how about providing the funding to those here in the United States who already grow beans. Allow them to expand. Or, offer funding for a grower to establish a farm for growing beans. I personally do not want, nor know anyone who wants, foods from other countries where the level of pesticides used are not monitored nor the diseases. And please, don't forget people here are in need of work. We should be considered first and above all.
