My name is Dale Murden and I have lived and farmed in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas my whole life. Irrigation water from the Rio Grande River is the life blood of farming for this region. I strongly support the release of the arundo scale insect for bio control of carrizo cane. I believe this will help us conserve our very precious water resources.
