SCRAPIE ALSO CAUSES CWD IN CERVIDS. IT IS CLEAR THAT THIS AGENCY HAS BEEN VERY VERY NEGLIGENT IN MONITORING THIS MOVEMENT OF SHEEP AND GOATS. APHIS DOES NOT DO AN ADEQUATE JOB WITH ANIMALS. THEY WORK FOR VARIOUS PROFITEERS AND ANIMAL ABUSERS. APHIS NEEDS TO BE RECHARTERED TO HELP ANIMALS, NOT ABUSE THEM.
