2011-14989 THERE IS PLENTY OF BSE ALREADY IN THE USA. OTHER COUNTRIES HAVE BEEN FEEDING HERBIVORE ANIMALS ANIMAL PRODUCTS AS INSTRUCTED BY THE USDA, SO THEIR ANIMALS ARE ALL HARMED TOO. THE USDA HAS PROMOTED HORRIFIC PRACTICES WHERE ANIMALS ARE CONCERNED AND THEY PROMOTE BRUTALITY AND INHUMANE TREATMENT TO FARM ANIMALS. ALL COUNTRIES ARE NOW BSE RISKY BECAUSE OF THE USDA AND ITS CORRUPTION. THE VS FORM 16 GUARANTEES NOTHING IN FOOD SAFETY FROM THESE POOR MALIGNED TORTURED ANIMALS. NOTICE HOW EVEN IN THIS PROPOSAL THE COUNTRIES ARE LISTED BSE MINIMAL RISK, NOT BSE FREE. the usa shoudl import no live animals at any time from any other country. shipping animals in these huge transport ships so they can be killed in another country is the worst form of animal torture, but then these poor animals are tortured and brutalized all of their lives, fed feces to eat, etc. the usda is bad for food health and bad for america. their practices are pure corruption. their practices encourage greed, nothing but greed. they take live sentient animals and turn them into factory widges with nothing but stress and brutality their entire lives. aphis is part of this horror
