The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) has reviewed PPQ Form 300 and is supportive of its use within the Smuggling Interdiction and Trade Compliance Program. Florida is a high-risk sentinel area of the United States; therefore, the FDACS is very supportive of the work done by the USDA-APHIS-PPQ Smuggling, Interdiction, and Trade Compliance Section. The form will capture a wealth of information that will be useful to identify and close agricultural pest and disease introduction pathways. Thank you for the opportunity to comment.
