It seems that after reading your summary of the interim rule 2011-0074 will not have a significant impact on the economy. After your research on the farm lands in Riverside County seem to be rid of the Karnal bunt disease of wheat, I believe it is fair to release over 17,000 acres in Riverside County, California. After reading your analysis, there has been no significant cost to the farmers and county and was done in an efficient and economical way. Which can be appreciated, especially that I am a Riverside County resident. Before reading your interim rule, I was not aware of Karnal bunt disease of wheat. It is promising to know that you can provide the citizens with information that might affect us economically and environmentally. It is important that the Regulatory Flexibility Act takes into account the economic impacts of the Karnal bunt to an area and to make sure that the owner of the crop is highly aware of the impacts. Overall, I feel that it is fair to release the remaining 17,827 acres from Riverside County and back in the hands of the farmers.
