i believe the fees need to be raised. i do not believe the users of this system are properly paying entire costs. i also have qualms about the honesty of this sytem. i do know for example that the inspectors of usda in the slaughterhouses are letting horrific things happen to the animals and that nothing but contamniatino is coming out of those sites. since this is a similar usda facility, i wonder about the honesty and truth of this agency. i think we have many things being approved and skullduggery going on with animals. how anybody could accept the avma about baby chicks being woodchipped to death is an example of the horror going on at aphis. i think the fees need to be raised and we need some honesty and truth in this agency. govt is far far too corrupt these days in america. money buys and buys and buys. i think we need a tighter, more honest system to be set up. i think animals are being treated like widgets in a factory. it hink pesticides are being allowed that poison farm workers. the whole system is corrupt and crooked and damaging america. this agency is a blot on america. clean it up please.
