To Whom it may concern: CWR has been a problem for several years now. With the current restrictions it has caused financial hardship for many businesses. The loss of the only crop at this time of year can be desasterous for growers and retailers. I believe that Option #2 would be the best for our industry and country. It still gives a level of protection yet allows growers and retailers to save there crop if infected with a disease many believe is here to stay.
