the fact that wooly adelgid is in the usa shows how negligent aphis is because it is their duty to keep these noxious pests out of the usa. this agency fails consistently in its chartered mission. aphis is a loser. a complete and total loser.nothing it brings forth works. this is another failure.i do not beliee sufficient experts in allied fields have been pulled in to investigate release of this new species. i do not beliefve this new pest will help the adelgid situation. aphis sends oiut losing propositions. i dont think releasing millions of foreign bugs will help the edological footprint of the usa. in fact, we need to rely more on native specieds, not asian imported species which can do unlimited damage to the usa. this project is useless. it shoudl be shut down.
